Including our Refund & Cancellation Policy. 24 hours or more before a booking, cancellation or rescheduling may be permitted and a refund may be considered. Less than 24 hours before, a cancellation/booking fee may apply. After a service has been completed, refunds are generally not available, except where required by law.
