How much does cleaning cost at TPM Cleaning Solutions?
Standard home cleaning starts at R450 including cleaning products, office cleaning at R650, deep cleaning at R750 and move-in/move-out cleaning at R650. Your exact price is calculated instantly online from the number of bedrooms and bathrooms (or m², windows, panels or items) — you see every line before you book.
How does TPM calculate the price?
Like SweepSouth, we price the work, not a guess: rooms, size or number of items set the time needed, then we add products, any extras you choose, a weekend or public-holiday rate if applicable. Regular plans get up to 20% off. The price you see is the price you pay, as long as the property matches what you booked.
Which areas does TPM serve?
We are based in Ester Park, Kempton Park and clean across Gauteng: Ekurhuleni (Kempton Park, Edenvale, Benoni, Boksburg, Germiston, Bedfordview, Tembisa), Johannesburg (Midrand, Sandton, Randburg, Fourways, Rosebank, Soweto), Pretoria and Centurion. Areas outside Gauteng are quoted on request.
Are TPM cleaners vetted and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked, trained and insured before they are allowed to take bookings, and each clean is rated by the customer.
Do I need to supply cleaning products?
No. Standard, office and deep cleaning prices include cleaning products and equipment.
How do weekly, every-2-weeks and monthly plans work?
You choose how often, and pay for the month upfront: weekly plans cover 4 visits, every-2-weeks plans cover 2 visits and monthly plans 1 visit. Plans save up to 20% per visit (never below the service starting price) and renew automatically — cancel any time.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. 24 hours or more before your clean you can reschedule or cancel online from your booking link or account; a transaction or admin fee may apply and a refund may be considered. Less than 24 hours before, a cancellation/booking fee may apply, so WhatsApp us on 069 368 1846 as early as possible. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us as soon as possible after the clean. Where the complaint is reasonable, we will inspect and offer a fair remedy or a re-clean of the affected area.
How do I pay?
Pay by EFT to our bank account using your booking reference (the details are on your booking page and email), by card online where shown, or on the day. Recurring plans are paid a month upfront.
How much does carpet or couch cleaning cost?
Carpets are R450 each with a minimum of 3, and every carpet from the 4th is R350. Couches: 2-seater R450, 3-seater R550, L-shape R750. Mattresses from R350.
How much does solar panel cleaning cost?
R650 covers up to 8 panels, then R35 for each extra panel. Cleaning dusty panels can restore a big share of lost output; we recommend every 3 months in Gauteng.
How do I become a TPM partner (cleaner)?
Apply online on our "Become a Partner" page. You need a South African ID or valid work permit. We review applications weekly and approved partners receive bookings through the TPM cleaner portal.
